Minus one star because of the placement of the patch that the velcro sticks to. Been using it for a month now and the nights have slowly gotten better and better (with the odd not so good night on occasion). The next night was almost as good as the first with one 3 hour stretch and a few 2 hour stretches after that. The first night we used this, he slept for one 4.5 hour stretch, then a couple of 2 hour stretches after that! Coincidence? Maybe. My formula fed baby had only been sleeping for a maximum of 1.5 hours at a time, with the usual being 45 minutes.
